Initiatives

As part of our mission to promote the economic advancement and self-reliance of women and girls around the world, we contribute 5% of sales from the books and other products to non-profit organizations that advance this objective, such as STEM programs, academic scholarships, micro-enterprise lending, and back-to-work training.

Beyond financial support for our partner organizations, we've created three major initiatives that build on the mission and guidance conveyed in the books, including The Mentor Marketplace, Women@Work(shops), and Women@Work(outs).

We hope you'll explore each of these initiatives below and get involved wherever and however it makes sense for you. Please don’t hesitate to be in touch if you have questions or suggestions. Also, if you're someone looking for support in one way or another, please let us know.
