What’s YOUR story?
Who doesn't love a good hero(ine)'s journey?!
Shakespeare noted, “All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages.” Indeed, the workplace is a stage, and your career is a series of stories, chapters, and subplots where you will find yourself an active or passive character in probably all of the seven scenarios noted above. It’s up to you to figure out who you want to be, how you become the protagonist – the lead – as opposed to an extra on the set.
You have the opportunity to write your own script vs. letting someone else determine how your movie is going to play out. You have the chance to rise above what might seem like a mundane professional life and achieve something extraordinary, for yourself and those around you. You have the power to change your perspective and your life, learning how to navigate, struggle, and come out on top as an executive, mom, wife and/or anything else you want to be.
We hope the content and conversation featured here will help you craft your own story, your heroine’s journey, in a way that makes perfect sense for you. Thanks so much for engaging with us! We're excited you're here and are eager to learn what you think.
